2. Shipping methods

We offer Standard Registered Airmail and Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL, UPS or EMS). Both shipping methods come with a tracking number. However, step-by-step tracking via Standard Registered Airmail will only update in real-time to the United States and other select countries.

3. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

Shipping for Standard Registered Airmail is free for all orders.

Express Shipping is quoted flat rate per order.

Delivery time is based on estimation only. All transit times are subject to customs clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.

CHILLOUTPOD.COM does not hold any responsibilities for any postponement during the delivery process. However, if the order has not arrived within 20 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we will send the order again free of charge.

 

4. Dispatch time

Most products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, in some rare cases this may be delayed an additional 1-2 business days. In this case the customer will be notified and offered a refund if he or she does not wish to wait.

 

5. P.O. Box addresses

If your shipping address is a P.O Box then the local postal staff will probably leave you a notice and you will need to collect your shipment at post office nearby because a signature is required for delivery.

 

6. Tracking information

We provide a tracking number on all orders. However, step by step tracking via Standard Registered Airmail will only update in real-time to the United States and other select countries.

You will be emailed the tracking number within 1-2 business days after the package has been shipped.

Note: The tracking number might take a few additional days to update into the system even though the package has already been shipped. 

 

7. Delays

While rare, there are several circumstances that may delay the arrival of your shipment, such as: being held by customs for review/clearance, incomplete shipping address or your local post could not find your address.

If the postman tried to deliver but nobody was home to sign for the package the customer should receive a note from the post office. But if not, please contact the post office first to see if they have the package already.

Please check with your local post/courier before contacting us for your shipment status.

NOTE: Payment except shipping cost will be refunded if there is any order returned because of an incorrect shipping address as provided by the customer. 

 

8. Taxes and customs duty

We do not charge sales tax on any items. Your local customs may charge taxes depends on your country's import policy. Normally you will not get taxed unless you purchase in large quantities for resale use. CHILLOUTPOD.COM is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.
